Octopus (2003)
Octopus is a 126.2-meter (414-foot) motor yacht, built by the German shipyard Lürssen and delivered in 2003. Originally commissioned for Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, the yacht is renowned for its robust design and extensive exploration capabilities.
MS Volendam (1999)
MS Volendam is a cruise ship operated by Holland America Line, built by the Italian shipyard Fincantieri and launched in 1999. It is the third vessel in the Holland America fleet to bear the name “Volendam,” named after the Dutch fishing village. The ship’s design is inspired by floral themes, which are reflected in its decorations and artwork throughout the interior.
Ocean Victory (2014)
Ocean Victory is a 140-meter (459-foot) superyacht built by the Italian shipyard Fincantieri and delivered in 2014. Designed by Espen Øino, the yacht’s sleek and sophisticated exterior is complemented by a luxurious interior crafted by Alberto Pinto and Laura Sessa. Avantage (2020)
Avantage, originally known as Project Hawaii, is an 87-meter (285-foot) motor yacht built by the renowned German shipyard Lürssen and delivered in 2020. The yacht’s exterior and interior were designed by the British studio Bannenberg & Rowell, resulting in a timeless and elegant aesthetic.
Breakthrough (2024)
Breakthrough, also known as Feadship Project 821, is a 118.8-meter (389.4 feet) motor yacht built by the renowned Dutch shipyard Feadship and delivered in 2024. As the world’s first hydrogen fuel-cell superyacht, Breakthrough represents a significant advancement in sustainable yachting. The exterior and interior designs were both crafted by the British design studio RWD, resulting in a harmonious and modern aesthetic.
Alvia (2024)

Viva (2021)
Viva is a 94-meter (308.4 feet) motor yacht built by the renowned Dutch shipyard Feadship and delivered in 2021. The yacht’s sleek and modern exterior design is the work of Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture, while the luxurious interiors were crafted by Peter Marino.
Koru is a 127-meter (416.7 feet) sailing yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Oceanco and delivered in 2023. As one of the largest sailing yachts in the world, Koru features a sleek navy blue hull and a classic schooner design with three masts. The exterior was designed by Dykstra Naval Architects, while the interior was crafted by Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi.
AQuiJo is the world’s largest high-performance ketch, combining exceptional sailing capabilities with luxurious comfort. It features a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience with a highly social main deck aft. One of its standout features is the expansive beach club, which includes a steam room, sauna, lounge, and an ocean-view jacuzzi—rare for a sailing yacht.
Designed for long-range worldwide cruising, AQuiJo is built for independence at sea. Its robust construction and advanced sailing technology ensure safety and performance, making it suitable for extended ocean voyages.

Jubilee is an elegant and modern superyacht built by Oceanco, known for its distinctive multi-tiered exterior design by Igor Lobanov. The yacht’s unique deck arrangement creates a seamless and dynamic profile, making it one of the most visually striking vessels in her class.
Designed to accommodate up to 31 guests in 16 luxurious cabins, Jubilee offers a private owner’s deck, four VIP suites, and ten guest suites. The yacht also provides quarters for 45 crew members, ensuring world-class service and comfort.
Among its standout features are a spacious beach club, a large swimming pool, and a fully certified helipad with a concealed mooring deck below. The yacht also includes a glass elevator, a wellness area with a hammam and steam room, a gym, and an elegant club lounge for social gatherings.
Built to Passenger Yacht Code (PYC) standards, Jubilee meets high safety and operational requirements for large private yachts. Powered by two MTU 20V 4000 M73L diesel engines, she reaches a top speed of 18.5 knots and has a cruising range of 5,300 nautical miles.
Originally delivered in 2017, Jubilee underwent a major refit in 2018 following a change of ownership. The refit included exterior modifications by Sam Sorgiovanni and a complete interior redesign by Reymond Langton Design. After the refit, she was renamed Kaos.

This yacht was originally delivered as “Infinity” and later renamed “Cloud 9.” It features luxury amenities such as a 5-meter circular pool, a modern cinema, and a beach club. It also has a support vessel named “Intrepid,” a 69-meter SeaAxe built by Amels, equipped with a helicopter hangar, a dive center, and spacious storage for tenders and water toys.

Our team is experienced in assembling anchor system components and installing additional deck fittings. Our expertise extends to adjustments and finishing on both sprayed and untreated surfaces, including attaching hooks and other essential fixtures. Our approach begins with a remote troubleshooting consultation, where our experienced specialists guide crew members through potential solutions. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we deploy our highly skilled technicians to the yacht’s location, ensuring a hands-on solution whenever necessary. Mechanical supervision and commissioning are critical phases in the construction of a mega yacht. Tech consul has the knowledge and expertise that all mechanical systems are correctly installed, tested and fully operational. When building a fully custom-made yacht, there are often special requests for which the latest (often unknown) technologies and systems must be applied. Project 821 (Feadship) is such an example in which the latest technologies are applied.
Electrical supervision and commissioning in the construction of mega yachts is a critical phase that ensures the complex electrical systems function safely and efficiently. Tech consul has experience with quality checks and audits throughout the installation process to ensure that all components meet the required specifications and standards. Pipefitting installation in mega yachts is a highly specialized and intricate aspect of yacht construction. This process involves the design, installation and maintenance of piping systems that are essential for the operation of various onboard systems, such as plumbing, fuel, hydraulic and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). Through its professional pipe-fitters, Tech Consul has successfully completed several complicated projects in recent years. Whether it concerns series production or full custom, everything is possible.
